This book arrived earlier, than the stated time that I was given and it was in good condition.
It's content is informative, giving details about the mind and body throughout the book. The recipes
look and sound appealing( I have yet to try them)and there are plenty of colour photographs to wet your appetite.
I like the fact that with each recipe, there is information to tell you why the particular foods for that meal, are good for whatever
ails you. All in all, a good book that I am pleased with and will use. Apart from that, it's by Penelope Ody, my favourite Herblist and
she has never dissapointed!
