Learn how to make the most of chilies in six chapters that cover every aspect of cooking with this versatile ingredient, including an inspiring selection of scintillating salsas, dips and extras; tasty soups, appetizers and snacks; fiery fish and shellfish dishes; scorching poultry and meat recipes; vibrant vegetarian main courses and side dishes; and even piquant salads. In Red Hot Chili you will find all the popular chili classics, such as Fiery Citrus Salsa, Thai Chicken and Chili Soup, Quesadillas, Chilies Rellenos, Louisiana Shellfish Gumbo, and Gado-gado with Peanut and Chili Sauce. You can also discover a new world of exotic flavours with less familiar dishes such as Cajun Blackened Fish with Papaya Salsa, Chili and Pak Choi Omelette Parcels, Chicken with Chipotle Sauce or Thai-style Marinated Salmon. Great cook book 25 Oct 2010
By Ray
Format:Paperback
We love this cook book. Every recipe we have made from it has been absolutely delicious -also easy to follow. Of course you have to like chilli, but many recipes have just a hint -although some have the full on chilli hit for the genuine afficionados!

Super book for tasty recipes but my original hard-back copy disappeared off my bookshelf (probably to adult son's kitchen) so I needed a replacement, but it was out of print so I ordered this supposedly second-hand copy which, to my delight, arrived in pristine condition and apparently unused. A great buy!
