Hailing from Arkansas, Digital Black's debut Chaotic Method is a form of metal from this four member band. "Eggs Of Vipers" begins this eleven track album off with in your face lyrics with a more calming bridge / break consisting of actual singing. Highlighting this LP with a phenomenon bridge "Run Away" tones down first with a guitar solo accented with the loud guitar riffs to trail before the original tone and drive reappears. Blending textures and tempos "Never Believe" becomes a memorable feature for the group. Changing climates completely, "Just Like You Did Before" adds depth and substance with subtleties. Lyrics found on "Sociolug" are that of social, political realities. The different climates and immediate changes in "Fade Away" takes away from the original feel and introduction of this tune, but still maintain a solid and creative image of Digital Black. "Tell Me Why" has a great instrumental interlude to introduce this song before the storm appears. Chaotic Method is definitely has a load of surprises for an independent release and hopefully there still is more left to come.

This 11-song album is Digital Black's first release. Filled with powerful catchy songs. It will leave you wanting more. It has been described as engrossing metal with a hint of mainstream that goes for the jugular.

this kind of metal died for a reason. how does one band play in the same key for the whole CD? drumming isn't tight enough on this CD.
