Even if you don't do any of the suggested group exercises, there's bound to be a dozen great ways to boost your energy and bring fulfillment to your life. If you're looking to experience more out of your life, this is a great little book. Well worth reading and sharing with friends and family.

This book emphasises and expands on the principles developed in the Celestine Prophecy. It is easy to follow and offers guidance on how to apply the principles. It also offers an extensive list of further reading by other authors. Enlightening.
