A much fuller sound has been given to this remastering of the 1985 origional issue. The art work has been redesigned sympethetically, now including the lyrics and an interesting interview with JT herself reflecting back on the recording of the album, and information about her up and coming album Shooting Mirrors. 3 previously unreleased remixes of singles are included, and make an excellent edition to the album. One of Britain's finest voices (with the reissue of this and the 1992 Wonderland) might get some of the recognition she has sadly lacked during the 90's. Listen to this album and you will realise why Judie was the fifth biggest selling British female singer between 1980 and 1985.

how much do i love this album!!! i have them all from the first to her lastest release on 'big moon' and never has judie sounded better!

this was the first album by judie i bought on the back of the single "love like fire"

"how sweet it is" is an epic...big, layered..amazing!

"who do you really love" is a million miles away from "stay with me till dawn"..the lyrics and vocals are amazing...was this a track miss alanis morisette owned and loved?

"love like fire" has pure vocals...an 80s sound..but its soooo sexy (like carly simon)...amazing!!!

"ill be the one" is back to the jude we know and love - heartfelt and pure!

"girl without a name" "this side of heaven" and "harbour lights" are in the same standard as "how sweet it is"

"you" is like 'who do you really love' but with more power..its great!!!

"racing against time" and "falling" are strong album tracks but after the stunning start..they fade!

the 3 extra tracks included.."you" 12" mix is hard and more and rawer..the original is better! "love like fire" and "ill be the one" (single mixes) arent that different!

judie has released so many albums..i have them all!!! this is "stunning"

I own all Judie's albums and I know people absoluitely love this album, but it probably my least played of hers. In my opinion the good songs are very good, but the less memorable ones are, in Judie's strong catalogue terms, are just a bit bland. Don;t lynch me please, but if you don;t know her material and are looking to get acquainted with her music, I might not start here.

Good mix of what Judie Tzuke is good at, belted out rockers and plainitive slower numbers. Not her best, but far better than most other albums.

I bought an "as new" copy of this CD as they are impossible to find completely new. The seller's description is legitimate as the only way I could tell it wasn't brand new was that the seal on the case was broken, otherwise the CD and case were perfect. now I can listen to " How Sweet It Is" and other splendid Judie T tracks in the original quality rather than from a recording of my vinyl LP- complete with hisses..
