5.0 out of 5 stars Great help! 3 Aug 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
What I liked about this book, is that each job listed in there is short and sweet. They tell you what to expect from such a job, what qualification you need, or that would be helpful and what salary you can expect. And then they give you some link to go read further should you be interested. It also gives you a great idea of jobs that are out there that one would not normally have thought of.

4.0 out of 5 stars Well written and really informative 27 Jan 2013

I bought this book to help my son who is choosing his options this year. He has been able to look up the jobs he is interested in to see what subjects would be most useful to him. He now has a more realisitic view of what he will need to achieve his goals. As an added bonus his parents can consider their own futures. Great book for adults or teens. Probably the only draw back is working out where you will find some of the job descriptions but we soon got the hang of it. Well worth the money.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Handy Little Book 8 Jan 2013
By CarronF
Format:Paperback
My husband bought this book for general reference for our children but I've since used it for a mentoring programme I am involved with at a secondary school. It is very easy to get into, has very short and concise sections on types of jobs, qualifications required, salary expectations, and plenty of further links, websites etc. for further reading. An essential book for all schools and anyone with teenage children.
