Product Description

Indigo Children are bright, intuitive, strong-willed, and sometimes self-destructive individuals. They are often labelled (and misdiagnosed) as having ADD or ADHD because they won't comply with established rules and patterns, and they may exhibit behavioural problems at home and at school. In The Care and Feeding of Indigo Children, Doreen Virtue Ph.D, explores the psyche of these special kids and offers alternative solutions to Ritalin based on her extensive research and interviews with child-care experts, teachers, parents and the Indigo children themselves. Read the accounts of these remarkable young people as they explain why they act out, are aggressive or withdrawn, and what they want from the adults in their lives. You'll be fascinated by the psychic experiences that these kids have had in their life so far. This is a groundbreaking book that can positively affect the ways in which you interact with your children, altering the shape of their future in miraculous ways.

By M. English VINE™ VOICE
Format:Paperback
This book arrived at just the right moment for me in my Homeopathy practice. The little boy I was treating was brought to me suffering from restlessness, sleeplessness, agression, bad dreams and more.......a very long list of 'disorders'. He had been taken to see various therapists and was no nearer to being settled.I read the book and lent it to 'Mum' and I can only say that using it has made an enormous difference to how this boy was perceived by me and her.Doreen talks about 'Little Lightworkers' and how 'Indigo children' are here to raise our conciousness and re-touch us to our spirituality by being : 'Healers, Teachers, Messengers and Energy Workers'.Instead of viewing this boy as a 'problem', we learned why he was here and what his purpose is. What a refreshing way to look at a problem! The book covers practical ways to make living with a 'Lightworker' more easy and gives sensible advice on food, exercise, insomnia and creativity.
What I especially enjoyed was the simple, clear way Doreen writes about what would for most Mums and Dads appear wacky or 'off-the-planet' subjects, including Astrology. Such as how the negative shadows of the star signs need to be over-come to achieve personal-purpose ; "Scorpio :Deal with secretive tendencies by developing more trust in others".
This is no 'How-To' book .It's a completely different way of looking at certain children and giving them the encouragement and understanding they need to fulfill their life-purpose.

This is a shame because so many children are missing out.IF YOU ARE READING THIS BUY THE BOOK.....
