Yet again Ian Banks has come up trumps. He has the knack to impart information in a truly ingenious way. This is a difficult subject to tackle but he has managed to combine factual, useful information with humour - something not very easy to do but it works very well here and makes the book all the more readable. I recommend this book to anyone seeking further information on cancer or just wanting a good read! Well done!

I found this manuel very interesting because it explained simply symptoms that you're not always told when talking to Drs.It also makes you think about questions to ask.I wish I'd known about this manuel six years ago when me late husband had been diagnosed with cancer.Would seriously recommend to carers or anyone who knows anyone with cancer.
