Majid Ali's Practical Philosophy of Health

Like most of his books, this one presents his very original, practical and logical approach to natural health - or integrative medicine as he calls it. He has a fine sense of humor; his titles also include canaries and an assortment of other animals whose characteristics he relates to human traits. If you have been wedded to mainstream medicine, 'The Butterfly and Life Span Nutrition' may give you some new ideas to 'digest'.

Excellent book. Too bad it is not more promoted or known. Majid Ali is a true genius.
