Well it made no sense to me at all on first listen and I've been a Residents fan for years so this didnt come as a surprise. "Boxes of Armageddon", "Secret Room", "Blood on the Bunny".... what could it all mean?? Then I had the fortune of seeing The Bunny Boy Tour live and everything clicked into place and it suddenly became clear that the Residents have produced yet another great album. Best tracks must include the already mentioned "Boxes of Armageddon", "Pictures from a Little Girl" and "Fever Dreams". This album needs repeated listening so dont dismiss it after one play. Probably the best Residents album since the wonderful 'Demons Dance Alone."

This sounds more like a 'solo' effort. Wasn't sure I liked it at first.
Lacks the lushness of Demons Dance Alone album. More jagged.

But it certainly rewards further plays...but it would have been better
with Molly!

Utterly bonkers, I love this album to bits. It almost beats Mark Of The Mole as my favourite album. Boxes Of Armageddon has been on an almost pemenant loop in my brain for nearly two years!
