The Mega 150cm Bed Bumper is ideal for taller children (110cm +) or particularly active sleepers.
The 150cm wedge comes in 2 pieces (1 x 100cm + 1 x 50cm) - when placed together they will act as one complete 150cm guard. The average single bed is 190cm long and the average 2-4yr old 85-105cm tall so you can be confident that even the tallest most active child will be kept in the bed all night long.
The Bed Bumper is a firm foam bed guard/wedge which prevents children and babies from falling out of bed by creating a secure, yet comfortable, barrier along the open sides.
The foam is soft and cosy meaning little ones sleep soundly with it and they can climb over it to get in and out of bed safely. It is also firm and high enough to keep them from rolling out of bed when they sleep.
The way in which the foam bumper sits under the bed sheets makes it extremely discreet. The lack of baby-ish high sides ensures children feel like big boys and girls.
The firm nature of the foam means it can be sat on at story time or whenever the child needs comforting. When you get off the bumper it is firm enough to pop back to its original shape. You can also give goodnight cuddles without having to navigate a large & unforgiving bed guard.
There is no need to keep fitting and unfitting the guard from the bed.
There are no moving parts or fiddly hinges to trap little fingers making it totally safe even for babies.

What a great product. So simple to use (unlike normal bed guards)and great value for money. My 3 yr old is a real bed roamer so I opted for the longer length and it has worked perfectly. Also, I can sit on it to read stories and take it out during the day leaving the bed looking neat.I'd fully recommend it.

After using the product for 2 nights I began to relax and on the third night allowed myself to sleep soundly, waking up to find my baby had made it over the bumpers, fallen out of bed, smacking his face on the radiator and the bed frame on the way down!! Needless to say it wasn't a pleasant moment for any of us and I was contemplating a review entitled "don't believe the hype". However, I moved the bed against the wall keeping bumpers there to protect my baby's head from the wall and doubled up the rails at the bottom to give him a good 30cm from the edge of the bed so hopefully stopping him falling out in his sleep. Currently my baby hasn't fallen out of bed again and so, whilst this product is probably better than the traditional rails, I would just err on the side of caution if, like me, you have a baby who is very mobile when sleeping.

We bought these foam rails as an alternative to the metal rails that fit under the mattress... they didn't fit well and looked 'orrible.
We have a 21month old in a single bed and she hasn't rolled out yet... they seem to work a treat!

I bought this to for my 22 month old. He did roll out of bed twice as I didnt secure it enough under the fitted sheet. You do need a larger than normal fitted cot bed sheet. Read more
