I opened this book as a skeptic and felt the agruements cited were compelling. The issue for me is that less food is consumed in total but the thinking behind the 'no breakfast' cuts accross present day thinking. One has to decide for one's self but I could think of many other things that are commonly done that are very unhealthy - not eating breakfast could be a very good decision. Let the reader decide!

Information is just as relevent today

Even after all these years the info presented in this book remains highly relevant, informative, and timely. Fasting is and has always been the cure to our disease-ridden world. Ultimately, the book makes you realize that medical doctors still have a long way to go in actually treating the CAUSE of an ailment(s), and not just their symptoms. Treating life should not be a money-making business!
