...then this is the business book for you. A Financial book for the non financial literate: Non-technical style of writing means anyone can pick it up easily. Accountants & Financial professionals may find it too simplistic but for the rest of us its perfect. The FAQ format allows you to dip into the book at any subject without having to plough through the entire book. Definitely written for the busy person with no time to waste as every FAQ cuts straight to the chase.

The FAQs describe Quick ways to improve cashflow and increase profitability NOW. Explain how to use simple (and I do mean simple) accounting ratios to achieve better business control so you can head off problems before they arise and pinpoint the source of issues. Very good explanation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cashflow forecasts, Breakeven analysis, Working Capital and more importantly how to use them to benefit your business. Where to go when your business needs additional short or long term Funding. Also, how to buy and sell a business

If, like me, understanding how to use the numbers in your business is something you have struggled getting your head around, do yourself a favour and buy this book NOW!
