I'm so glad I decided to buy this book. Its exquisitly detailed, written in an imformative yet entertaining style and really is an interesting read for those flat days. Its not a how to guide for the beginner but really does sum up surfing culture in an excellent way. Buy it and you won't regret it.

Awesome book! Totally recommended! I am a sufing newbie but this is really accessible, totally absorbing, reads like a magazine but full of info. Loved it! Buy it!
