Product Description

Product Description

"Charmed" is Channel 5's magical show featuring sisters Prue, Piper and Persephone. Fronted by Shannen Doherty (Beverly Hills 90210), Alyssa Milano ("Who's the Boss" and "Melrose Place") and Holly Marie Combs (Party of Five), the three gorgeous young women discover that they have magical powers when they move into their grandmother's home in San Francisco. Prue can move objects with her mind, Piper can stop time and Phoebe can see the future. However, their special powers attract the unwanted attention of evil warlocks who seek to destroy them. The book is a companion to the show as well as being a guide for aspiring young witches.

Assuming you didn't tune into Charmed only to catch a glimpse of Shannen Doherty's admittedly attractive navel, you must have had some interest in the show's subject matter-magic. Read the first page

Although intially based on the hit US show "CHARMED" it gives an important insight into the real world of wicca, making "CHARMED" more believable and creating an understanding of witchcraft. It gives the reader useful tips on how to practise withcraft and essential information on the show. My favourite part of the books uncovers the bloopers and the episode guides. A wonderful gift for any "CHARMED" fan who wants more information on the show and wicca.

The book is brill, but needs more pictures of the cast and more information about the actual programme. Also the vocabulary is quite complicated for us 12 year olds! But i LOVE charmed and the books, i just wish that charmed would become more popular in the U.K.
