My worst internet purchase. Bought for the enjoyment of that very clever style of wit associated with Limericks. Sadly, the compositions merit no positive comment, the book being an instant failure and reject. I wouldn't even pass this on to a charity shop, what with it's combined dubious taste. I still can't believe just how bad the whole book is. Steer clear of this effort, you'll be doing yourself one enormous favour.

This book can be summed up by the limerick on the back cover, 'limericks pack laughs anatomical, into space that is economical, but the good ones I've seen, so seldom are clean, and clean ones so seldom are comical'. Very naughty book that will give endless hours of fun on the bookshelf or toilet.

An excellent collection of (mostly dirty) limericks 6 Mar. 2010
By Charles Ashbacher - Published on Amazon.com
If you are a fan of the limerick, especially if you prefer yours with at least a hint of sexual taint, you will love this book. Most have a lot of it; some are downright ribald if not gross. Nearly every sexual activity that can be practiced alone, or with another living creature, is mentioned at some point. Even the hole in the backyard fence and the anatomically correct male statue are mentioned.
As is the case with every collection of jokes, the limericks in this one range from the hysterically funny to the generation of only the slightest of smiles. One of the best collections of dirty limericks ever collected, this book will keep you amused for quite some time.

R or X Rated 7 May 2014

This is another fine collection of limericks that most will enjoy reading. It is not for children nor for those who prefer not to read "adult" material.

Hilarity, catches you by surprise 16 Oct. 2012

Absolutely hilarious book that catches me by surprise each time I pick it up. I first read it while on a bar stool at a country pub in Victoria, Australia. I couldn't put it down. Somewhere one of my friends has a picture of the shock on my face as I realized this book was not as prim and proper as it seemed. So I ordered a copy for those who were with me and everyone can enjoy the randomness and dirtiness!
