Review

"To listen to him or to read his thoughts is to face oneself and the world with an astonishing morning freshness."--Anne Morrow Lindbergh

About the Author

J. Krishnamurti (1895-1986) devoted his life to counselling and teaching. For more than half a century he was a public figure, travelling continuously around the world to share a message that has been heard and read assiduously by countless people of all ages. He wanted his teachings compared to no other doctrine or faith. By encouraging others to challenge the self-deceptions of our age, his aim was to take man beyond the limitations of the self.

The Book of Life This Classic book I have read since it's publication in 1995 is a must for awakening of human Beings around the Globe. The copy I have, the pages are turning yellow as it is opened nearly every day. To read his thoughts is to face oneself and the world as one. Highly recommended.

Profound and simple, this book puts in perspective some of the questions and other thoughts that we all have made one day when we reckoned our daily living. If you don't have the time or ability to read all Jiddu's Krishnamurti works, you may be able to grasp some of his thoughts in a well structured and gentle way.
