The Book of Exmouth: From Fishing Village to Coastal Resort (Community History Series)
I bought this book because of its historical content relating to several of my ancestors who lived in Exmouth during the 17th-19th Centuries. The book was most interesting to read, and contained several family history facts that I was not aware of until I read the book. The history is topical, concise and attentive to details extending from the bronze age to the modern city of today. A good historical document of the City of Exmouth and its past.
I am located in Australia, and what impressed me about Amazon was the speed in which I received my purchase. I ordered the book on December 6 and had it in my hand on December 13, considering the distance and the near festive period, that is extremely fast. I mean it takes 5 days for a snail mail delivery of a parcel from say Queensland to South Australia. Well done Amazon, I have sang your praises loud and long.
