This is an excellent and comprehensive DVD guide to both coaching and playing cricket. With practical examples clearly illustrated by Bob and other top cricket professionals such as Jonty Rhodes and Gary Kirsten, all basic aspects of good cricket techniques are covered here. Successful batting, bowling and fielding methods are all succinctly demonstrated by the greatest cricket coach of modern times, with enthusiasm and expertise in equal measure. Whether one wants to initiate coaching strategies for others or improve one's own game, this DVD set is thoroughly recommended.

If u have THE BOB WOOLMER WAY 2005 do not buy this. It the same, just takes up more room as its now been split in to 3 dvds.But if u dont have 2005 its a good basic training set.Bob Woolmer, legend R.I.P.

These DVDs cover the basics and more very well. Everything is very clearly explained. It does look a bit old fashioned thought and it would have benefited though from a little humour as it is all rather serious.
