This was a waste of money buying it and a waste of time reading it. Don't buy it if you think you can actually learn something from it. This book trys to give credibility to lying and does nothing for those of us who actually take the service we provide seriously and do it honestly. One of the many examples I could find to demonstrate the worthlessness of this book is this advice: "Respond by phone so that there is no written documentation which could make you accountable to your client and allow them to question the advice they are paying you to provide". In fairness I should have realised (before I bought it) that the Bluffers Guide to Consultancy was probably written by a Bluffer...so let the buyer beware...!!!
