I really wanted to like this book since it is well presented and in some sense also well written, the idea of philosophical therapy is not a new idea, there are existential and philsophical practitioners who dont belong to the school of thought mentioned in this book and its appendix, like Rollo May and Eric Fromm, and these authors dont neglect to mention philosophical schools of thought such as sociologists like Karl Marx, I'm not sure how this author could afford to do so but none the less does.
If you're a fan of Ayn Rand and Rand's philosophy and the philsophers who most closely correlate with this philosophy this is the book for you, otherwise I would consider the alternatives.
