The recipes and platings are definitely different! Love the lobster tater tots. There are savory dishes that look like desserts and vice versa. This is definitely geared towards the fun loving and young at heart!

I was considering this cookbook so I looked at the preview. Sweet nachos, mango cheese on page 163 doesn't tell you what to do with the mango purée. Hmmmm.... How many other recipes directions are incomplete? Maybe I should wait for the next edition?
