STV077 is a cage trap which can be used to catch up to 5 rats in one setting. To use the trap: Always wear protective gloves when handling traps. This prevents contact with potential contaminants. It also helps prevent the transfer of human odours onto thee trap. Remove clips at the top of the trap to open and bait rear compartment, close rear entrance and secure clips. 'The Big Cheese Trap Bait' is recommended or substitute with tuna fish. Place trap adjacent to the wall or rat runway with the funnelled entrance to the trap facing towards any rodent burrows or feeding sites in the area. Captured animals can be safely transported by lifting the cage with the carry handle. TIPS; For severe infestations use several traps set 4-5 metres apart. Make sure there are no other food sources available. Wait at least 10 days before relocating The Big Cheese Multi-Catch Rat Trap. IMPORTANT; Inspect traps at least twice daily.
