I will be contacting the company that supplied me with these. Watching mice walk past the units did not impress. Perhaps as another reviewer has said they are wearing mouse ear plugs? Despite these units supposedly being ultrasonic I can clearly hear them on more than one of the 4 cycles. Although perhaps I have super hero hearing? I bought this product as I didn't want to kill the mice (they are very cute), buying these I felt was a kind option. I have now had to revert to mars bar baited traps, which has not been pleasant, but the pesky rodents are no longer sharing my home. This product does not work, DO NOT BUY IT. I want my money back.

I have these in the kitchen and the liviing room. In these rooms the mice run around and ignore the devices I wonder if they like the little red light that eats up energy and gives them their own carbon foot prints!

i had a mice problem like the rest of you in here and i heard about this brought it and didnt notice a different i called my pest control company in and they actuall informed me by using these u probably would see them more as its just makes them act crazy and leads them to spin aroun in circles he said to me this is only good as a prevention not a cure so if you already have mice in your property this is not for you

This product has worked. The daily scratchings heard from the cavity walls have disappeared as long as the repeller is left on.

Mixed results
Some mice have still been in a tiny kitchen with two in. Found one dead and one very confused possible poisoned by neighbors. May have helped, but not entirely sure.

MOUSE CATCHERS
BOUGHT THESE FOR A TRIP TO FRANCE WHERE WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE FIELD MICE.EVERYWHERE. NEVER SAW A SINGLE MOUSE,SO THEY PROBABLY DID A GOOD JOB..VERY WORTHWILE PURCHASE
