I like the way the recipes say whether easy etc ,true to the pictures have not made alot yet but wheat free are good.Glad i got the book

I was very disappointed in this cookbook. It uses far too many unusual ingredients and does not reflect what I would call normal, everyday cooking. It is more for the gourmet type cook. My family would not be interested in most of the recipes contained in the cookbook.
