pasta 365 is o.k not the best book out there I was looking to replace a pasta encyclopedia which was borrowed permanently by a family member so I will keep looking

Fantastic book I'd recommend to every pasta lover. I've tried more than 20 recipes and they all were very good and tasty. Clearly explained also, well, more pictures would do good, but... :)

I love pasta, and this book (in the absence of rustic cookbooks in Italy being translated into English) has to be a must buy if you love pasta, and all it's offshoots too.
Recipes range from simple and easy to lasagnes etc (ok not hard but not like sticking things in a pan), so for the money you'll get an amazing cooking resource.
