A fantastic guide to your personal development, written in an approachable, friendly, and tactile fashion. Nina Grunfeld has created this interactive and easy to digest and use handbook for anyone who is looking for a clearer way to live and be who they want. The exercises are fun and lead you gently through learning about yourself in a big picture way. Highly recommended!

I have read many 'self help' books and have all the classics on my shelf from Covey to Carnegie...but this one is truly accessible and clear...it makes you think and more importantly introduces tools that are practical and useful...highly recommend it!

This is a brilliant book to get you off your backside and start to make you make things happen in your life, even when you think you have it all sorted.
I decided as part of de-cluttering my life, to de-clutter my study of unwanted books and make room for new ones!
