Because of this book, I now juice every day. It's so easy to use, divided into sections for your favourite fruit or veg. Unlike other juice books, it also shows you how to prepare your ingredients eg carrots don't need to be peeled. I normally get really nasty colds but, using immune boosting recipes (best is Cold War but don't do the onion version - ugh), my cold is the easiest it's ever been, just a slight snuffle. There's a section at the back which shows you what recipes are best for which health problems. I'm now drinking healthily, discovering great-tasting recipes, losing weight and loving every minute of it. I've got a few juice books but this is the best - I love it.
