You want to lose weight and learn a few dances moves while you are at it? This is the solution. The best Bhangra/Bollywood dance workout I've owned! Not only does this leave me out of breath (you are doing something wrong if you don't break a sweat by the end of the whole routine) but I always feel good afterwards. The moves are a bit advanced, but after a few goes at it, it is very easy to pick up. I sometimes just do the holding step if I get confused - it keeps me moving! Just what I need for a stress reliever and mood uplifter. I wish David had more DVDs!
