I loved The Betrayed by Kate Kray. It has all the twists and turns of a good novel and with her experience of being married to a Kray twin, she also has good knowledge the criminal world.
If you like Martina Cole then you will really enjoy this book.
I actually read this book twice!! Look forward to her next one.

This book is a must read! If you like Martina Cole then you will love The Betrayed by Kate Kray. It gripped me by the seat of my pants from start to finish and took me on a rollercoaster ride. I found myself laughing and crying as the story unfolded. Very hard to put down with a very gripping twist. I very much hope that this is the first of many more. I don't want to give the plot away so if your reading this then buy, buy, buy and enjoy!! A++++++++++++

Kate Kray, former wife of Ronnie Kray is a best selling true crime author and 'The Betrayed' is Kates first 'fiction' novel. I couldnt' put this book down and read it in 9 hours. In the very beginning out of respect for Kate as I don't naturally gravitate towards this genre, but soon in (certainly well before the 100 page rule) I was thoroughly drawn into the well grounded plot. Featuring some unsavoury sex scenes alongside natural justice i'm left with a kind of sour taste in my mouth whilst anticipatorily waiting for the sequel. Certainly not just another dross crime book written purely for men, this one has appeal for the informed lady too. A++++++.

sometimes you get what you pay for-this was a poor quality storyline, with no character development and a very poor climax.

Has an authentic feel to it.

I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS KATE KRAY BEFORE AND NOT SURE I WANT TO AGAIN. I DID FINISH THE BOOK BUT WHAT A LET DOWN, VERY POOR READ, BAD GRAMMAR. Read more
