A nice book 27 Dec. 2005
By Xubeauty06 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Mass Market Paperback
The two main characters were very likable and the romance was good. The problem with this book was the plot. It took waaaay to long to get to a trial that didn't take place. Their was way to many subplots that didn't have any real development. The ending was very lackluster in fact the ending was more for the first book than than this one. If you haven't read the first won or loved the first one than you will love this book. I believe the author will have to develop another book to tell the story of Tangi and Steele because it felt like the story was incomplete.

Worth Every Minute and Dollar 15 Oct. 2003
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Mass Market Paperback
This book was great. The secrets we keep are what sometimes lead to a great love. Tangi and Steele are awesome character brought to live in New Orleans. Tangi shows that no all celebrities are snobs and Steele show that now all lawyers are out to get you. Great story and great to revisit some old characters and expecting to read more about the new ones. I wish it would have ended better but it is still great, I read it in one day.

The Best Thing Yet 8 Mar. 2007
By Beverly Walker - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Mass Market Paperback
This was an excellent book. I enjoyed the closeness the shared among the family members and the sensual connection between Tangi & "No Deal" McSteele. What a great love story. I read it at least two times already! I look forward to reading offerings from Ms. Allen. The book is not authored by Loure Bussey as Amazon says.
