About the Author
Jeff Greenwald, M.A., MFT is a former tennis professional. In 2002, Jeff was ranked by the International Tennis Federation as number 1 in the world in the men's 35 age division, and number 1 in the United States in that age division by the United States Tennis Association, in both singles and doubles. He is an associate editor for TennisOne.com and has written articles for numerous tennis publications. He currently lives in Corte Madera, CA.

The best tennis book I have read so far (I have read over fifteen). The author tells you why it is human to have problems between body and mind just when you need your best performance. The author gives also exellent advices to you for those moments. They really are worth trying.

This book provides excellent advice and techniques aimed at taking your mind out of way of your best tennis. It's brief and to the point, but at the end of the day it remains up to you to do something about it.

Not bad. A few ideas to focus your thoughts. But lacking in the kind of concrete details you can actually take away with you and work on very much. Material could have been organised much better. Perhaps bullet points or action plans or something. I just came away lost in a haze of someone else's positive thinking.
