I first found Love Unlimited on the Barry White's Greatest Hits Album, because he created them. Its like crossing Barry White with the Supremes & the Three Degrees. Like mixing Sixties Motown Girlbands with the 70's Philidelphia Sound. Its a big sound as these girl swoon, croon and harmonise. Its happy romantic & mellow, and about as camp as music comes...

This is sadly the only current substitute for Love Unlimited's excellent USA Gold LP from '73 - Under The Influence Of Love Unlimited. I've no idea why nobody's printing it but if you like this stuff & have n't heard the album, this great CD has 4 tracks from it plus some other swingers. Believe me, it's worth buying just to hear the blissful Oh Love, Well We Finally Made It.

The Best Of Love Unlimited... this cd is a joy to have, the songs may sound a little dated now and be camper than a row of tents, but the girls are on form with every track, you go get this cd play it, then play it again and just listen to some of the words, made me laugh but it works so well....love unlimited and barry white could not have done any better, great music and its all great fun..............just enjoy it......
