I already own a Chi-Lites best of and there are certainly a number around.I purchased this for the tracks not on my other Cd and it is worth every penny of the bargain price.I consider 'Have You Seen Her' to be one of the finest examples of pop/soul ever made.
Sweet harmonies never really go out of fashion and I imagine the Chi-Lites will still have a few fans in fifty years time that appreciate the beautiful innocence demonstated by this band.Yes it may be a bit cheesey at times but that's the point.It's not supposed to offer life changing profound inspiration its just meant to entertain and it does so and more.All the classics are here and for younger listeners a few surprise tracks that have been sampled to death by other RnB/hip hop artists.Sleeve notes offer a comprehensive history of the group.At this price it's worth it just for Have you Seen her if it is not in your pure soul collection!

Not sure whether Amazon UK realise that they would shift more music if they bothered to list what's on a music CD. Cannot speak for other music buyers out there but for me personally as soon as I see a, " The very best of or Bla Bla's greatest hits it's all pointless unless Amazon UK actually give us a clue as to what the track listings are . . . with the greatest respect I'm certainly not a mindreader

I'm not saying this is a bad cd, but the track listing here is nothing like correct. I was very disappointed in some of the ommisions. Read more
