Skin Light Therapy is an innovative treatment method that uses pulses of red and infrared light to both stimulate and accelerate the body's natural healing process. The LED light stimulates the fibrolast cell activity in the skin resulting in an increase of collagen and elastin production. The skin will appear smoother, tighter and more radiant. Skin Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment and is safe to use. It does not heat the tissue the same way a laser would because LED uses longer wave lengths and therefore penetrates the tissues deeper, while lasers are more pinpointed in their delivery. The advantage of using LED is that you can treat the entire body, which is useful for treating serious burns or injuries, etc, where large portions of the body are involved. The device comes with seven different light settings, two pulse settings, five power levels a 15 minute timer and a mirror incorporated in the base.

Haven't noticed any difference to my skin at all.
The look and make is good but the effects???
It also did not come with a moisturising cream which was mentioned on the box.
