By Herbie Green VINE™ VOICE
Format:MP3 Download
Enjoyed the book so much that I just had to get the album in order to hear the field recordings that are described in the book. If you have the book and enjoyed it, then this album is for you; if you like folk or alternative music, then this is also for you. The tracks are raw, very varied in style and polish, but all grow on you and are so refreshingly different to anything around at the moment. Each track is a window into the scene where the track was born, and a little snippet of lives so different to your own - fascinatinf and as I say, refreshing.
