I was late finding this author, so skipped the BabySense book but imagine that perhaps this is a mix of that and SleepSense, but know I'm going to refer to it no end once this baby arrives!
We were blessed with a beautiful baby boy last time who was early and arrived quite dramatically - who then snack-breastfed and catnapped for his first 6 months of life leading to a very exausted mummy and daddy. The SleepSense book was the one thing that finally got him napping regularly in the daytime (which then in turn leasd to longer stretchs of night sleep) and so this time around, with a toddler to care for too, I now feel armed with the information we need to ensure this bubs is going to be as settled and calm as we can help him/her to be, which will hopefully lead to a more rested us!
So far it has helped me immensely in getting to grips with being a new mum and I would recommend it to any mums-to-be.
