Format:Audio CD
The first Beverley Knight album and stangely the best so far. Whereas her latest album 'Who I Am' is more mellow and mainstream, this is far more funky and upbeat. She has an excellent voice and this is a true 'soul' album. Its one of those that you love every track on and will like more and more each time you hear it. Tracks such as: 'Moving on Up', 'Mutual Feeling', 'Flavour of the Old School' and 'Down for the One' are excellent funky dance tracks which will have you tripping round the lounge. 'Steppin' on My Shoe' will have you tapping your feet and 'Remedy' is a superb smouch song, very sexy. All in all, an excellent album that you will be pleased you brought.

I know this one of Beverley early albums, but it is only a recent purchase. Boy i'm glad i did. It contains classic soul, great funk, beuatiful sound, and all from 2006. It just shows me just how greatly under rated this woman is. How can you begin to compare Leona Lewis (very good voice) or Alexander Burke (Ok voice) with the powerhouse sould of Miss Knight.
