I was hoping this would actually contain some useful, efficient, time-saving, novel or new householding tips. Instead, it's just a compilation of basic common sense.
My son bought this as he is just about to move into his first house. I was amazed at the mine of information that there is in here from the obvious to the "now why didn't I ever think of that", but all useful to the new - and not so new! - home dweller, both rented and owned. Thoroughly recommended.
