I purchased this for the pole moves and was very impressed with this DVD. It has made me realise that it is very important to have that sexy element in your pole moves. I have a few pole dancing DVD's and although some explain the moves more thoroughly, they aren't very sexy. It's sexy movers that make me wish I could pole dance and the girls in this DVD are very inspiring.
Some people may find this DVD a bit too "stripper-like" (some nudity) but if you are doing it to impress your man and not just for athletic reasons then this is for you! I wasn't really interested in the dressing up/lap dancing chapters, but nevertheless were very informative.
The way they have filmed it is very effective. First they show the girl performing the move once, then they replay the move two or three times with a friendly narrator describing the move and pinpointing important areas. They also pause at crucial points of each move which clearly helps to show you how to make the move look right.
Music is good club type music. Not like usual cheesy stuff in some pole dancing DVDs.
Learn basic pole moves first then use this DVD to perfect that sexy look.

I bought this after seeing the 5* ratings for it. What a dissapointment. It is more of a promotional DVD for Spearmint Rhino than an exotic dancing instruction. Im already aware of some of the pole/lap dancing moves and watching this couldn't even make sense of the bits I did know. Waste of money, there are better DVD's out there.

Brilliant! I have had a few lessons at a pole dancing club and this dvd covers all the basics, adding a number of new and simple but effective moves to those basic spins. It is also suitable for an intermediate learner with trickier moves too.

Waste of money
Don't buy this, if I couldn't pole dance it would have only taught me just several moves which aren't easy ones. I'm am an advanced pole dancer and learnt nothing. Read more

Disappointing
Unfortunately I found this DVD very disappointing. I bought it hoping it was going to be an instructional programme on how to learn to lap dance/strip, but it wasn't.

not too bad
this dvd teaches you too pole dance, step by step. quite difficuilt but goood all in all. not really a dvd for men if you know what i mean unless there learning to pole dance.
