Volume 1 was a fascinating and an in depth narrative of the RAF, it was far less biased than other books written on the subject, including the one written by the class traitor Stefan Aust. Volume 2 brings the history to a close. Although this volume is smaller than volume 1, it is by no means found wanting. Some people claim this series has a bias to the left, of course it does, who else would write such extensively about the RAF. As with volume 1, it is easy to read with plenty of subject notes throughout. There is a considerable glossary for those who are not fully aware of the circumstances of the German autumn. This is a must read book.

This book, the second of three is finally out. I read the first book front to back as soon as i got it and many times over. Im only half way thru this book but it is just as good. Full of details, communiques and other material that hasnt been published in english ever. This book while the shortest of the three is still a fantastic read and i recommend this to any anti imperialist and socialist who looks to see what self critiques could be made by the r.a.f. and other groups inside the book failures and victories.
You will understand, just like you did with Volume 1 23 May 2014

Same level of professional journalism as the first volume. I have the same comment as the first volume. Read it ! You may not agree with but you will understand Generation 2 & 3 of the RAF.
