When an SS officer commits suicide at the end of WWII, he leaves behind a document called The Cainite Destiny that hints at an incredible link between the Nazis and the Bible's greatest pariah...Cain. Only one person - Cambridge professor Reinhardt Weiss - appreciates the document's significance. His research is ridiculed when he claims he has begun to uncover an unimaginably dangerous conspiracy going all the way back to Adam and Eve. In 2012, the fate of the world hinges on whether The Cainite Destiny's ultimate objective, which always eluded Professor Weiss, can be discovered. Adolf Hitler supposedly attempted to perform the final cataclysmic act, but failed for reasons unknown. Now the members of America's most elite Special Forces unit have deserted en masse and they appear to be the latest inheritors of history's oldest and deadliest secret mission.

I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone interested in conspiracy theories, end of the world scenarios, supernatural events or good old fashioned superb storytelling. Mix this with a supremely well researched history of religion and Hitler's Third Reich and the result is a page turner of the highest order. I downloaded this book purely by accident and am so glad I did. If you are looking for a stunning read, look no further. I am looking for more by this talented author!

I bought this book to break-in my Kindle and as i'm a bit of a conspiracy addict and also very clued up on my Biblical history (from the alternative prospective). I found this book a pure railway train of a story and I never stopped at any stations for a rest like sometimes you have to do with similar tombs, this read faster than a comic and it hold's your attention, plus a right good yarn, Ideal for a journey but not as good for night reading (me) as you can't put it down. I'm really lucky to have found the one other review on "The Armageddon Conspiracy" and went with it,so as we say in the west of Scotland "Ta' Much"(thank's very much). If you like you're reading with Biblical and Historical conspiraces and not heavy, or going on a journey then "The Armageddon Conspiracy" is for you, and perfect for you're virgin Kindle book.

This book was a good read; however it was very heavy in places. The author clearly has a brilliant understanding of the Christian/Catholic faiths, but at times he goes into far too much detail. The story line is good, but is a little predictable in places. Over all it was worth reading, but it's not one I'd read a second time.

disappointing rubbish
