Wonderful! 15 May 1999

Heartwarming. I didn't think that a book could make me cry, but this one did. When I was scrolling through the reviews after I read it, I noticed that one person said that the moral lesson of loving a killer was stupid.I disagree.I believe that the hardest battle is conquering your hatred.

Simply Classic 7 May 1999
By A Customer
Format:Mass Market Paperback
Although it has been years since I read this book, it still sticks in my mind as the best novel for young adults on the market. Its lessons about compassion, ambition, relationships and trust are wonderfully offset by a plot that is both intriguing and engrossing. A true treasure.

I love The Arm of The Starfish. You're in suspense until the last page. The book is too hard to explain in just 1 small paragraph, but here goes: Adam Eddington, a student, is invited to go over to Portugal to study for the summer. Once he enters Kennedy Airport, already he gets caught up in the events surrounding him. At the airport he meets a girl name Kali. She explains the doctor he is studying with is wrong. Who will he believe and who is good?? You'll have to read the book to find out.
