A reassuring book that has a series of exercises designed to get your teen to think about the patterns of their anxiety and what the triggers are. This is followed by lots of practical advice on how to change their habits and boost their self-esteem. However, the nature of the design and language used seems to be aimed at younger teens, older ones may find it a bit patronising. It could be even be suitable for 11 year old who are struggling with the transition from primary to high school, and could be worked through together with a parent. A good buy.

I have yet to really put this to work with the students at my school, but am a little disappointed that it id not come with a DVD so I can print off the work sheets as I need them which I have had with another very good book in this serious.
