Listening to CD1 while driving to work is the perfect remedy for early morning grogginess and there are a few gems like tracks 12 and 17. Like last year's album, I have really enjoyed listening to some of it and no doubt will for a while. However, as a big fan of dance music this can be said for many dance music compilations. Criticisms that this album is commericial are definitely not unfounded. A lot of the tracks are remixes of chart toppers which seems lazy and makes it boring in places. CD3 is a good example of this. In the past M.O.S would make albums which would help dance music fans find new DJs and hear music that you couldn't hear on the radio. Additionally, it is very house and D&B heavy and a tad neglectful of trance music, unlike previous M.O.S albums. If you like your dance music accesible and commercial you will probably love this. If you are more of an old-skool fan, you may be a little disspointed. Nonetheless I think it is worth a listen to.

I used to get excited knowing that a new Annual album was being released (best is still Annual IV IMHO) but what has happened to Ministry Of Sound?? Full of commercial tracks that you are sick of as they are overplayed on the radio as it is! Come on, sort it out, make them like they used to be, lots of proper dance tracks all mixed and not commercial rubbish!!

Once you've deleted the rubbish tracks it quite good. I wouldn't pay too much for it but its good for running too.

Got the Annual 2012 for christmas and wasn't disappointed. The 1st and 2nd discs are particularly good - would strongly recommend buying it!

MOS Annual used to be a Christmas list definite but having got this early for myself I can safely say I'm glad I didn't put it on the list.
Commercial all the way and frankly I've got mates that could have mixed this up.

i got this for my DJ'ing, the tracks are pretty good mix of those with vocals and the straight istrumental beats... has pretty good mixing potential n pretty much all the tracks and the 3 read mixed by ministry have come i greatly handy for when you wanna dance at your party and not mix it... love this... great product!!
