I bought the hardcopy of this book last year on Mother's Day. At first, I thought how could these simple exercises work to keep you young. You see, I was 44 years old, and I exercise regularly, by doing Body For Life which I've been doing for years, eating healthy food etc etc, and yet my daughter said I started having 'train tracks' on my face..:-) So When I found this book, I got nothing to loose.
The Exercises (the rites) are simple, in fact for me, it's too easy, but I follow it anyway. I done everything by the book. The first 3 days, I got sick, but it didn't stop me doing the rites.. By two weeks, I could feel my body feeling more energetic, healthier. I found it a bit strange tho.. as I always go to the gym doing cardio and weight training..how come these simple rites could do so much.. So I thought, I'm going to try something.. After doing the rites 7 months, I stopped.. You see, I was a sceptic.. There must be some explanation in this.. After 2 months not doing the rites, my grey hair's coming back, imagine my 'train tracks'. Phew...so I'm back doing the rites, I feel great, healthier and look younger, no more grey hair and no more 'train tracks'..
At parties, I dance a lot, so some 'old' people makes comment by saying, "When you reach our age, you can't do that", I asked, "What age would that be?", "After 35, you have no energy like that", so I said I'll be 45 soon".. They looked at me surprised..
So buy this book, definitely worth it.. Yeah, i know you can get a free .pdf file, somewhere on the internet, but, that file is not complete.. This book is real. God bless you Mr Kelder, and thank you for finding The Fountain of Youth..
