It was a bit complicated but the historical setting was interesting . I found it difficult to remember who was who. The twists and turns were good.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good book 13 Oct 2012

The only criticism of this book is why and how Salen got his position and his carte blanche all over Poland. His family background was mysterious and some how he gets money to purchase an Amber Knight. I mean, his grandfather is behind it but why? And is it his grandfather that funds all his purchases for museums? Why? But the story was interesting, the action was good and the end was good and believable.
