The Alexander Principle should be far more known. It is great. And this book is a great introduction. Now I will turn off my computer and start using my body in a better way!

The Alexander Principle: How to Use Your Body Without Stress
I bought this book on a recommendation from my Alexander teacher. It's written by a doctor who actually worked with Alexander in the early 1900's so has good provenance.
It wasn't the easiest read - quite technical and scientific/medical language used, although I suppose it is technically more accurate for this.
It is useful to dip in and and out of to keep refreshed of the technique.
