Format:Audio CD
This is a brilliant compilation of some amazing and lesser known artists. I wasnt sure when I bought it that I would like all of the songs on it, but I was pleasantly surprised when I listened to it, althought there are a couple of bland songs, on the whole, the album is light, relaxing and rocky all at the same time. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys catchy light rock songs.

Nice idea to have all of these songs on one album. I don't doubt that this would introduce listeners to some new bands. But the thing is...The people who would be attracted by this album are likely to already have just about every song already, like me. This is an album for indie-rock listeners, and every indie-rock fan already knows about the vines, placebo, travis, oasis etc etc. The fact is, if you're already into this kind of music, theres just no point in buying this. You've got/are going to get all the songs anyways. Just buy all the albums and then mix the songs on iTunes or something.

IF ONLY AMAZON WOULD PUT THE ARTISTS ALONG WITH THE SONGS.

At this point we are left to wonder if this is a legitimate compilation or some knock-off cover-band's handiwork. With all the so-called ''tribute' albums for fairly newcomers would you trust this without knowing the artists? I wouldn't.
I have provided a scan of the back cover so that you can see the artists and that this is in fact a legitimate compilation featuring the 'real' artists responsible for these songs.
