C'mon, you gotta buy this tape just for the revelation of Indiana jones singing in the bath. Kinda doesnt fit with my mental image of him but its very funny. As always, this is a slickly made adventure with much higher production qualities than your average TV show. The only problem is as with most of the young indy vids marketed as movies, its kinda obvious that its not a movie at all but two seperate episodes strung together, and that some of the historical characters are really shoehorned in. Oh, and Gulietta is so pathetic you'll be wondering why indy and his competitor are fighting over her. the first half is a light, romantic comedy with just a touch of action, and its fairly different to the other young indys released so far. its sweet and undemanding though, and the french speaking (Indiana mangles about five languages over the course of this video)scene in the car is pretty darn funny. The second half has some spying escapades which are almost as good as that of daredevils of the desert, but again, was it really nessercery to have Edith Wharton acting like Mrs. Robinson? Again, Sean Patrick Flanery proves he was made for this role ... its just a shame such a talented young fella doesnt seem to have done all that much since. Highly recommended to all young indy fans, its one of the best videos.

This is one of the best Young Indy vids yet, as it shows the character's softer side as he vighs for the affections of a young Italian girl with fledgling writer and young ambulance man - Ernest Hemingway. The dialogue is first class, and provides a window into the mind of Jonathan Hales who has co-written Star Wars Episode 2, which supposedly has a more romantic feel. If this Indy episode is anything to go by, we should be in for a cracker.

If you're a fan of the Saturday morning old-style action yarn, then it doesn't get much better than this. Must buy!

Everyone of the young Indiana Jones from a child onwards are brilliant and most educational I should like to own them on d.v.d
